There's only ONE FLAW IN WOMEN By the time the Lord made woman, he was into his sixth day of working overtime. An angel appeared and said, "Why are you spending so much time on this one?" And the Lord answered, "Have you seen my spec sheet on her? She has to be completely washable, but not plastic, have over 200 movable parts, all replaceable and able to run on diet coke and leftovers, have a lap that can hold four children at one time, have a kiss that can cure anything from a scraped knee to a broken heart -and she will do everything with only two hands." From the Chicago Tribune: The Official 2004 Presidential Debate Drinking Game By David Martin. David Martin lives in Ottawa Canada Published September 29, 2004 Let's face it. The presidential debates are a nuisance. But for whatever reason, most television networks feel obliged to carry them. So stop your whining and make the best of a bad situation with the Official 2004 Presidential Debate Drinking Game. All you have to do is line up your favorite beverage and pick a candidate. Then let the game begin: - - Every time President Bush says the word "safer," take a drink. If he uses the word "democracy" in the same sentence, make it a double. - For every Jo…

Well today I just had my first fill. They put 1.6 cc's of fluid in me. I am not sure if that is a big or small amount. I did not feel any tightness at all, so I guess thats good. I was just wondering, after a fill, how often to you have to wait til you can eat something? I am starved, and wanting to eat some soup, but I was not sure if that would be ok, so soon after my fill?

I’m sure everyone has seen the signs for “$5 Psychic Readings” in their town or while traveling elsewhere. What I wanted to discuss here were your thoughts on using psychics for more than just personal entertainment, more specifically in police and detective work. There’s been documented cases in the past where police haven’t been able to solve a crime, at which point they turn to a psychic for help. What I find the most interesting is when the psychics they hire actually solve the case. What are your thoughts on this? What about using psychics to help solve some of the current investigations (such as the Peterson or Hacking trials?) I’m not an expert myself on t…

You're probably tired of me talking about MY new motorcycle, but I've been up since 3:30 a.m. (I'm a very bad sleeper) and the world is asleep. So here I am. Yesterday's class was brutal.... B R U T A L. Friday night we were in a very boring classroom with 11 students, 6 had never been on a bike. So they're teaching the class how to shift gears and ride a motorcycle out of a book. Complete waste of time. Then yesterday we got to ride a little. We're required to wear full gear, so my Herman Munster motorcycle boots, long sleeve black t-shirt, socks, jeans and helmut baked me in the 95 degree heat for 5 hours straight... zero shade. Well, it's been a heck of a last two days. I am trembling with fear, but bit by bit I have actually started working on the construction of enclosing my porch. Big accomplishment today was completing the first of four window panels. The porch is 8'x28'. I bought four windows that are basically 4'x6', a regular front door, and french doors for the back. Still not sure how to rig up the doggie door, as the french doors will pretty much take up most of the 8 feet available, but I'm sure I'll think of something... lol So, before and pre-during pics, for you pic-hungry masses!! I just set up a Yahoo! mail account that I thought we could all use in case something did happen to this board - we could go and check the mail at lbtboard@yahoo.com password: weightloss to meet up again. Just a thought, don't know if it will work or not. Otherwise I would imagine we would regroup through www.spotlighthealth.com or one of the Yahoo! bandster groups. I missed you guys!!
