After nearly ten years of long distance dating, TODAY IS THE DAY that my BF moves in!!!!!!!!!!

Okay, I'm 43, but I might as well be in highschool, experience-wise. This is the first time I have lived with an SO, and we have both lived alone for many years. I know that we're both going to have a lot of adjusting to do, but please keep your fingers crossed for us.

I am SO excited, and so terrified... But SO excited!!! lol

I probably won't be checking in for a little while because we're taking a four day weekend, but I will be catching up with you all later, and of course, with those of you in Vegas next weekend.

LOL, actually, I was married over 20 yrs. I do miss the closeness and the companionship and well.. yea, I miss sex darnit, but I don't miss dirty socks or having to always let someone know where you're going to be or rushing home from work if I'd rather go out to eat with friends or locking my doors and catching a plane to Vegas when I want. Everything is a trade off, I suppose. Ahh, the days of reciprocal backrubs... sigh..

Last night was wonderful - I just about felt like busting out of my skin, the joy of seeing him at the airport, and knowing that he was coming HOME. He said I was glowing... lol

Everything was so warm and comfortable, and I could tell he was really happy being here, too.
