If you think really hard about it, we all took a gamble at suicide by getting banded. We all knew there's a small mortality rate during surgery (as with any anesthesia.) We all put our lives on the line, so isn't that just a little suicidal?

Can someone explain the new stuff in the right hand corner of the posts?
It says something like Rep power, has a green light saying something about off the scale and reputation points. What is this??

One thing that bugs the heck out of me is that nobody, and I mean nobody, believes that I don't want something to drink with my meal. When the waitress asks, "what would you like to drink" I say, "nothing, thank you." Then they ask, "are you sure?" So I tell them I'm sure. Then they say, "how about some water?" Finally I get so irritated that I agree to a glass of water just to shut them up. Sounds silly, but it bugs me.
