Food Before and After Photos

Like weight loss before and after photos but of your new diet !

I'm especially interested in before and after meal photos (take a pic at the point you feel restriction) but it can be of recipe substitutions, your refrigerator/pantry/shopping cart/etc

I love it! I rinse it well, dry fry it in a pan until it's dry. Then add spices to it and put it aside. Then dry sautee the veg until al dente, give a couple olive oil sprays and add my "sauce ingredients": WF Sesame Ginger or Asian Dressing, rice wine vinegar, tamari, sambal oelek, toasted sesame oil. I add the shirataki rice portion to it and toss. I don't usually have so many ingredients in a stirfry, but I had a lot of veggies about to go bad.

This made 2 meals:

I'm presently a little obsessed with Living Lettuce butter lettuce heads and making lettuce cups. So far two meals in a row: turkey tacos then tuna tacos. :) So. Damn. Good!

No specific recipe. Here are the ingredients I used cuz they were in the fridge and were going bad:

image.png.72bd65d194d591350571cf804174054d.png

I dump the hardest things into a large dry skillet over high heat and cook until brown and al dente. They don't stick. So it's mushrooms, cauliflower first. Onion and red bell pepper go in after a couple minutes, then broccoli slaw, then power greens last. Then when it's all done the way I want, I spray with a little olive oil spray and add the ginger and garlic or garlic powder. Stir up. Then add the sauce and toss. Then eat. So good. I use Walden Farms Asian Vinaigrette or the WF Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette cuz it adds volume without calories or fat.

I just throw the liquid ingredients into a bowl and stir. Reserve until everything is cooked.

If I add shirataki rice I drain and rinse well and "dry fry" in a separate non stick skillet until very dry. Then turn off heat and season with spices. Then serve my meal and toss 1/3 of the package into it when I add the sauce.
