Food Before and After Photos

Like weight loss before and after photos but of your new diet !

I'm especially interested in before and after meal photos (take a pic at the point you feel restriction) but it can be of recipe substitutions, your refrigerator/pantry/shopping cart/etc

This morning's bake: Cream Cheese-Filled Banana Walnut Bread

First pic just out of the oven, then cut into for serving, then my portion from a few hours ago: 40g (about 1/4 cup in volume): 120 calories

Ate it all.

Pretty yum, as evidenced by the fact that the entire loaf was gone by the time I came back from grocery shopping. LOL.

You have the willpower of a saint. That cross-section has me drooling and that 40g would probably disappear in a single bite and leave me fiending for more.

I was thinking the same thing!?

It's a little bit of willpower, but its mostly fear of dumping!

Egg salad “sandwich” but what’s missing from the pic and log are the 10 pretzels plus half of an oatmeal raisin cookie so this meal was more like 500 calls ?

I hear you! I found a bowl with a couple of spoons of rolled oats I couldn’t eat in my fridge this morning. I put it on a lower shelf in the fridge two days ago & forgot. It was all crusty - not appetising at all.

I call them science projects! ;]

That coleslaw looks wonderful! Did you use pineapple juice in it? Sometimes I'll add pineapple tidbits to mine. Are you snowed or going to be!?

Camp no egg... also Camp oil, Camp some milk and Camp cold Water ?

Finally got around to making those biscuits I said I would days ago! Geez.

I ended up joining Team Egg. I planned on making a batch with no egg to compare but these turned out way too good to bother.

Also made some sausage gravy to go with it. The biscuits and gravy was served for dinner along with the leftover Popeye's Chicken that my father-in-law brought over for lunch this afternoon.

First collage is the stuff cooking and the finished spread.

My plate (saucer, actually) has 1/2 of the smallest biscuit, about 1/4 cup sausage gravy and a Popeye's Chicken drumstick: 339 calories. + 1 glass of red wine before hand (+130 calories)

Doesn't look like I ate much but it was SUPER filling...will try to eat the rest later or tomorrow.

I didn’t have any lemons but had pineapple juice so I added it, but now want to try pineapple pieces!
I’m not totally snowed in but I hate the snow now so that’s the excuse I use to stay indoors as much as possible ?
