Like weight loss before and after photos but of your new diet !

I'm especially interested in before and after meal photos (take a pic at the point you feel restriction) but it can be of recipe substitutions, your refrigerator/pantry/shopping cart/etc

What does 1 cracker weigh? I have a feeling that each of those is "4 mini squares" or crackers. I'm betting it's close to 28g. Just curious. :) TIA!!!

Haha! TG you don’t want toilet paper!!! So 2 crackers is close to 14grams so close to 1/2 oz. That 1stpiccy is the one i thought looked like 4 mini crackers. I think i could totally do that for 8g net carbs!!! TY for doin that!!

Meal prep for the BF, non bariatric portions

Peri Peri Chicken with Cauliflower Stuffing & Broccoli

(The MFP nutritionals are wrong on the riced cauliflower stuffing, 1/2 the bag = 75 cals, not 1/4 cup)

This meals feels very haphazard, as it consists of all the veggies I currently have in the house. I hope the grocery apocalypse eases in the next week. If not, my bf's meals are going to get, interesting.

Family,

With uncertain times approaching some major concerns may arise concerning scarcity (for multiple reasons). Are there precautions or measures you are taking with grocery shopping / food preparation / storage? Any tips or tricks you want to share?

I have my meals prepped and laid out, stocked up (minimally) on basics.

I don't feel well so I've been forcing calories in and self quarantined as much as possible while rapidly making online lesson plans and trying to deal with the shitshow that is work currently
