It's been almost a month on my new regiment. I don't feel any significant strength increase, but I do believe I'm seeing a physical response. I'm going to keep doing it before I pass judgement.attachicon.gif IMG_20160629_132641~01.jpg

Latest picture update. I don't think I am gaining any size, but maybe some definition.

BigJnav, How is the split going? Did you ever make a thread on your workout?

sorry man. Life has been happening pretty quickly for me since me last post in this thread. Baby, buy/sell home, new career. I'll post it once I get to my laptop! Sorry for the delay.

One of my more recent gym selfies. I've been working on my strength for the last few months (low reps / high weight).

I think I'm getting to the point where I'm afraid of losing too much weight. I'm down to 190 lbs and I've been trying to bulk up back to 200 lbs. My trainer and I have tried to change my diet to minimize further weight loss.

Any suggestions?

How long did you wait after weight training to start lifting weights?

OK, it's been a while guys. We need some more activity up in this here thread. Tonight was a big evening for me. I have a bunch of s h i t going on right now so I have hit the weights with a heightened sense of focus. And it is finally paying off.

I got my deadlift up to 225lbs!

gallery_252425_24323_13711.jpg

Not the greatest quality, but it is from my form check video. I got my squat up to 185lbs, but my form check video showed that I was not getting deep enough, so I lowered the weight and and just trying to teach my body the form until it is muscle memory. Personally, super proud of this deadlift accomplishment. And yeah, I am kinda happy with how my chest, traps, and shoulders look!

@@BigTink2LilTink @Dub... I haven't heard from you guys in a while. How goes the progress? Avoiding injury I hope!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
