Weights and a little bike ride at the gym today. Happy Friday everyone. GO BIG BLUE!

Weights this morning and a walk with the puppies this evening. My legs are still a little sore from yesterday's run. Back to the elliptical tomorrow.

Go Knights (UCF); even though they didn't make it into March Madness.

8km run this morning....gonna be a busy day. Blues Hockey game at 1pm....then BIG BLUE Basketball this evening. Liver, don't fail me now!

Shout out to my friend who's doing a Color Run down in Atlanta today.. Go @LadyDiva618 Congrats on your first 5K race!

7.5 mile bike ride...and only one hill I walked up today! It was a last minute change in course and an unexpected hill...evil little devil. Have a nice day, Banders!

I stayed in today but did and 1 hr and 15 mins on the treadmill this morning!

45 minutes on the elliptical and 60 minutes doing circuit/strength training. Successfully completed week 1 of C25K this week and worked out 6 days at the gym in addition to that. I'm looking forward to having tomorrow off to drive to Ohio for my daughters volleyball tournament. Go Spartans!!!!

Turns out window washing is pretty good exercise. We have a greenhouse and doing the glass inside and out is quite the workout -- and so rewarding to have a clear view afterward. Spring is here! Patchy snow on the ground but little signs here and there -- peonies starting to poke their heads up along with the daffodils. I think I'm going to make it.

who says people who are banded cant eat?????

no dieting, just good oe clean eating mother nature at its finest...

we try one new item every week.....

No gym today, but I did a lot of walking at Disney for a new part-time job. It was almost 90° today, much too hot for the long sleeve shirt I was wearing. Tomorrow I'll be doing much of the same. Back to the gym in my fun times with cardio Monday.

45 minute walk in the park this afternoon.

walked Friday 1 mile to mailbox and back. went fishing all weekend, caught 2 bass. lots of walking involved in going to boat and back to cabin. felt great to be outside in the sunshine.

Happy Monday everyone last Saturday was my first 5K run. I was excited but was very sore afterwards. I am thankful that my bestie was there to motivate me. I am on vacation for the next two weeks. I am in Georgia and I think I brought the Midwest weather with me. It is cold and rainy down here. Good thing I broughtmy walk away the pounds DVD with me. Today I am going to the 4 mile walk and when it stops raining and I am going to walk my bestie dog.
