5km run today. Happy hump day everyone!

One hour personal training appt with one of the best trainers at the boxing gym. I laughed through the pain. I bet I won't be laughing tomorrow...we worked core and legs. I'm going to feel that tomorrow.

So, I went back to the gym for a TRX class. I'd never taken one and the gym is offering intro classes to see if there is interest in formal classes later. OH MY LORD...while I absolutely see that I will love this type of exercise, I am so very sore already! I hate to think what tomorrow will bring :)

I'll be back at it soon. Need a little recovery time! I'm planning a bike ride on Sunday since spring weather will be back and the sun will be shining!

Have a great day.

Had a lovely (outdoor) run in the cool, crisp country air! Ahhhh....been missing my runs.

7.5 mile bike ride yesterday; boxing class today...

WTG everyone! Glad to see all the posts in this thread. It's motivating to ALL of us. Keep on doing what you can do.

Today was a 10km run for me this morning....I'd like to get on the bike later if the wind dies down. Happy Tuesday!!!!!!

I started couch to 5k on Monday in addition to my regular stuff. So today will be day 2 of week 1. Let me say I have never ever been a runner not once. I put on my bucket list to run one 5k and my sister in law decided it would be Run or Dye on June 7th this year lol... So I figured I better get moving I have 9 weeks to be ready. The moral of the story is I finished day 1 the whole thing and was able to do it all!!! I was so proud of myself. I don't know how I will do through the rest of the program but it's a good start!!

Thank you for being such an inspiration to me!!!!!
