I still have a ways to go but I'm really happy with my progress!!! Seem the stall broke this week. I've lost 4 pounds this week. This was the absolute best decision of my life. I wish I had been able to do it sooner. I prayed God would release me from the bondage of obesity and he did!! God is good!

What a beautiful lady you are, you look A~W~E~S~O~M~E. I was just saying to my hubby last night that I haven't been under 200lbs since middle school, I don't know how to even imagine how I will look losing 50, 75, 100lbs. It's a little scarey. Thank you for sharing your photos, it gives me alot of hope that it can work for me too. I am just starting on my journey, my Dr. consult isn't until December 3rd :{
