  1. Started at 295 , lost 12 lbs on pre op. Surgery day 7/12/12 was 283 and now 248 7 weeks out and almost 50 lbs total gone. Woohoo!!
  2. I was sleeve on July 12th and have lost 40 lbs with preop diet and postop. U can tell the biggest difference in my face. I can yell that all my clothes fit different but I am in a dreaded stall and am not losing like I was!
  3. Tried some new mushies yesterday and woke up around 4 am with a tummy ache?? Does it usually take that long to tell if our new tummy doesn't like a food? I am now nauseous today!! I am 2 1/2 weeks out.

  5. I had my surgery on July 12th and was wondering if anyone else is getting their excercise in?? I am just trying to recover but I notice some people saying they walked miles??? I just don't have the energy for that!!
  6. That is awesome. I had my surgery same day as u and have only lost 4 lbs since surgery And 12 lbs on post op diet. How much did u lose on post op diet? What and how much r u eating/drinking a day? And how much r u walking? I am getting all my fluids in And most of my protiens but not getting a whole lot of walking in just yet. Just still too fatigued since surgery.
  7. How much was everyone walking at 5 days out?? I walk around my house then need to sit and rest. In the evenings when it gets cooler I walk around in my front yard and to the neighbors driveway.
  8. Some people say they are not hot and sweaty after surgery, but I am still always hot since surgery 3 days ago. Does it take awhile for my body temp to change? You know they say they cut out some kind of tempurature hormone thing that is in your stomache??? (anyone else heard that?)
  9. I just got home from hospital today and I ran about 100 degree fever all day yesterday. They said unless it is around 101 or over not to worry.
  10. Had surgery on the 12 th so I am 2 days post op. In a lot of pain but make myself get up And walk, as I remember it helped when I had my c section with my twins. Am trying to get jello, sugar free Popsicles, protein shakes, and water down. I just keep my alarm on my phone on for every hour to remind myself.
  11. I can't find gas x strips!!!! Where didu get yours?
  12. Just got this morning. When did u start passing gas. And was the gas up in your chest I've never had heartburn so don't know if it's that or gas in my chest??
  13. Can't believe it's finally here. Losers bench here I come!!! Surgery at 7am.
  14. Did your Dr. tell you to stop taking your meds when you start your pre op diet? (since they are pills and not liquid)

  17. Thank u everyone. I have had a very uneventful process with all my tests And approval so let's hope the surgery and recovery is uneventful as well. Lol
  18. Hello everyone. I have been reading posts on this forum for about a month now, but decided I would introduce myself today. I am having sleeve next week 7/12 and I am so excited. Now if I could just get used to this darn pre op liquid diet I would be doing good!!!
