5 Days Post Op And No Energy.

How much was everyone walking at 5 days out?? I walk around my house then need to sit and rest. In the evenings when it gets cooler I walk around in my front yard and to the neighbors driveway.

I wasn't walking a lot at first, not because of pain or anything, but because like you said...I just ran out of steam real quick. The energy will slowly come back, and will get to a point where you're scratching your head wondering where the energy came from. I just hit a energy slump this last week, but I think my protein is below where it needs to be. Anyways, long story longer...it will get better and you will be walking where ever you want....it just takes a bit of time to get back.

You're perfectly normal. It took a few weeks to get past that stage.

3 Months post op, and if I dont get my water or protein, I loose steam.

But just as the day of surgery, I need to walk more, and I dont like walking alone, and if I dont, I sit....and sit...and we know that aint right!
