Yeah!!! I also have pcos, so I understand how exciting getting a monthly period can be.
  14. Ok here's my scenario. On Thursday I go to school after work. I start work at 6am and leave at 12. I start class at 12:30 and it ends at 3:20 then I have another class at 3:30 and that goes until 6:30. By the time I get home it's 7pm. I ate right before I left work, however I usually eat small meals throughout the day. I need something I can during school. I only do cold Protein shakes and really don't have a way to keep the cold. I'm super pressed for time and don't really have time to stop and get something, besides if I were to find something convienant and fast I'm sure I wouldn't be healthy. I'm really not a fan of any Protein Bars. Needless to stay I was really hungry when I got home and I was not able to meet my protein requirements. So do you guys have any suggestions of Snacks or food I can bring to school??? Thanks
  15. Good for you....keep up the positive attitude. Its nice to see that your not freaking out over a few pounds, after all we are still human and our bodies have to adjust. Even if that means fluctuation and a few pounds gained due to muscle development.
  16. Oh yeah... I can totally see the difference. Your stomach went down, and you look much more narrow. I also have a hard time seeing the difference, so I always take pictures, when I look at the picture I notice the difference instantly. Best of luck to you.
  17. I am 5 months post op. I generally eat 90% non processed foods. The way out post op diet and nutritional needs are, there really shouldn't be much room for much else. I usually try not to get anything that requires being bagged or boxed with the exception of frozen veggies.
  18. You look great...and you pose like a professional.
  19. Sounds to me like you need a challenge. So challange yourself. Train for a triathlon, marathon, half marathon. 10k, long distance biking. Take tennis lessons, how about kayaking, are you married??make your wife happy and take some dance lessons together. Hope this helps.
