3 Weeks Out And Can Eat An Medium Sized Egg

without any problems or discomfort. It keeps me full for at least 2-3 hours.

I can also eat about 1/2 of a small can of tune with a little olive oil mayo + pickle relish.

No problems with liquids. They go down pretty easily. Of course, no eating and drink at the same time.

How does that rank up there, in terms of volume, with others in that stage?

Sounds about where I was (that is myTuna recipe) I was eating a couple of reduced fat triscuits with it . I'm just 9 months out and can't finish One can and 5 crackers I can eat about one egg scrambled with small Greek yogurt, but a boiled egg fills me can't fit the yogurt. Are you eating lentils? lots of protein and fiber they became a go to food for me at about three weeks. Good luck!!

I was sleeved on 8/17 and so far about the same as you. I measure the portions and can tolerate between 1/4 to 1/2 cup. So far have been really fortunate no n/v, and no abd pain. If I do start to get full start to have hiccups. lowfat ricotta cheese and pizza sauce is good as well.

Sounds about right.

And as time passed, I could eat more and more, and that worried me that I would not or would stop losing weight. But that has not happened. I now lose more slowly, but I'm good with that.

About 5 1/2 months out.

I had surgery on Aug 15th- So I am about 3 weeks out. Sounds about where I am...

I'm 2 weeks out today and eating my first egg-white :)

Same as I was. I'm almost 5 months out now, and my capacity is still that small. I'm not complaining. :)

Wow Cara, I was actually hoping to be able to eat more at 6 months out. I dont know if I can survive on Protein shakes and 500 - 600 cals a day forever.

When do we start to get more eataing capacity back.
