  1. Yeh I'm hungry all of the time to, I eat often but the portion sizes are minuscule....
  2. Thanks for the advice mate, yeh the surgeon said you'd have to go pretty hard to stretch anything, still it's a bit hard to not be a little concerned......I NEVER want to be overweight ever again!!
  3. Im so surprised how hungry I still am 4 months after the operation, I ate at least 8 times today & a fairly decent amount to. I pray to god I haven't stretched something......
  4. Need something new in my life to keep me occupied I'm already in the gym 5 days a week and have 2 awesome kids to chase around just need something else not sure what though a hobby of some sort....
  5. Nice, at least you've kept your boob size....
  6. I was sleeved 10th May 2012 have lost 31kg, whoops I mean 30kg NOW!!!
  7. So I've spent 10k on this procedure, gone through some discomfort & told far to many lies to people about how I'm losing weight then I get on the scales this morning & I've gained 1kg......WTF????
  8. God 1/2 your luck, I'm lucky if I get it once every 6 months so no change for me. Yeh I'm finding women are providing me with much more attention & I'm loving it to be honest. Our relationship has been a mess for years so I think it's gotten worse because I'm now so active, focused & goal orientated.
  9. Has anyone noticed a change in there relationship with there partner since being sleeved?
  10. Ah bugger, oh well next time I guess hey?
  11. I've been taking Nexium for 5yrs & I drink 2ltrs of water a day!
  12. I was sleeved 10th May 2012 & have been lucky enough to lose 30kg so far, I have a question for the longer term sleeves say 3 months sleeved & longer. My question is do you ever get hungry? I'm hungry all of the time infact I've felt hunger since day 1 of the procedure. The upside though is I still get full really easily, the other upside is that my weight loss has now slowed down to about a 1kg loss a fortnight. I only needed to lose 40kg preop so I figure being 10kg out with a very steady loss is a good thing. I now eat whatever I want just small amounts and I've also been on the grog a few times. Life's awesome!!
  13. Hi All - Is there anyone here from Brisbane that might be interested in meeting up sometime to share war stories?
  14. Don't panic guys, I had my sleeve done on the 10th May 2012 & have lost 30kg, you best get use to these plateaus because they happen often! The longest plateau I had was 4weeks & it drove me insane! Stick with it because before you know it 1 morning you'll suddenly start seeing the weight move again. The 1 thing I notice that even though my weight doesn't move during those times my size however does so be guided buy your pants.
