So which website do you advise?

I'm just looking for information on how much people are eating, almost 1yr after the operation & I still vomit at least once a day.

I should be safe then, even though I snack I still make sure I eat healthy main meals for example my lunch today is 1/2 a ham cheese sandwich on multi grain bread & my snack is 2 cruskits that contain very little carbs with peanut butter on them. I rarely eat lollies but don't mind a handful of crackers & dip occasionally.

Have you had any weight gain after 2.5 years?

The surgeon told me any multi vitamin will do so I take an Aldi brand (about $5 for a pack of 100) 5 days a week with my breakfast, I also have a fish oil at the same time.
