I was super athletic and an active player on softball and volleyball teams. I then started gaining weight and topped off at 417 in April 2013. I could not believe I stepped into the 400 mark. I tried every diet, workout program and I did have some success where I lost (150 pounds) by dieting and working out, but that lasted for a year (I could not sustain) and I started to gain the weight back.[/background][/size][/font][/color]
