  1. insanity has been one of keys to my weight loss. Plus I hired a personal trainer that I meet 3 times a week for additional cardio training besides the insanity program. I'm about to start the T25 program. Going great so far...my surgeon, wife any I are pumped with the results so far. Down 5 pants sizes and 3 shirt sizes...very motivating :-) I'm going to post a side by side full length picture soon to see the changes so far. I'm still over 100pounds from my goal...I think that's another reason why I have been loosing fast as I had so much to loose being over 400 pounds when I started this amazing journey.
  2. Closing in on loosing 100 pounds!! Current Weight 323...(94 pounds) gone in less than 4 months!! Attached pictures illustrate my facial transformation in this crazy journey.
  3. Fantastic! You've been "missing" on here for a bit so glad to see you back. Will you be posting pics of your progress? Yeah I know, it's been a while...I've been traveling allot lately and haven't had much time to post. 'll be posting updated pictures very soon.
  4. I had my 3 month checkup yesterday and my surgeon was extremely please with my progress to date, which was great news to hear . Starting Weight: 417 Weight on Day of Surgery: 389 Pre-Surgery weight loss: 28 pounds Current Weight: 330 3 month Post Surgery weight loss: 59 pounds Total Weight loss in 4 months (pre & post surgery) 87 pounds Knocked out the 400, getting ready to knock out the 300’s and can’t wait to start knocking out the 200!! Love my sleeve and new found active lifestyle (Insanity, T25 and Your Body is Gym). Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!

  8. Stalls happen. You need to change up what your doing to help get out of the stall. 1) What are you eating...change it up 2) How often are you working out, change it up...add programs that motivate you Remember the sleeve is just an aide to help us become a healthier person.

  19. I don't use MyFitnessPal, but will look into ho to export results. I will post my trends once I have enough data ponits to see them plotted into the control limits.
  20. Gotta love excel!! I took my tracking a step further this month plotting my data into Minitab . I created Control Charts to track my weight loss by month, so I can monitor any potential shift - Losing to little - Losing to much - Inches loss I then created Pareto to track my top 3 causes for the shifts Cheers to fellow stat geeks!!

  24. Ask yourself, why you started down this path to get the sleeve...becoming a healthier, better you!! I would highly recommend you not do this to yourself...because if you cheat this early you'll continue to cheat throughout your sleeve journey!! I wish you luck...and Happy Birthday!!
