Hello!

My name is Shauna and I started my sleeve journey on my Birthday 7/10/13....I've been thinking about getting the sleeve for sometime now but had my surgeon consultation on that date after deciding now was the time to make the change to get the weight off so I can live for me! I am almost done my pre-op process. I only have my pulmonary clearance left to get. I just found out I have mild sleep apnea so I have to get tested with the cpap machine then within a month if all goes well, I should get my clearance. (YAY!!)

This process has been interesting for me because I've found out about a number of issues that I have but wouldn't have known about had I not decided to have this surgery. Looking forward to making new friends who are going through or have been through this process as well!
