  1. 50 pounds in 2 months sounds like you stand to lose 100 pounds in 5 months that is absolutely great. Keep weighing your food, make sure you drink plenty of water, and def watch the protein intake. You are doing great congrats
  2. Found out that even though decaf coffee has no caffeine it still is a diuretic. I thought we could count decaf towards our fluids. I'm confused.
  3. They recommend no caffeine 2 weeks including the day of surgery decaf tea should be ok however they will probably want clear liquids 2 days prior the day of surgery
  4. Even though the scale don't move keep measuring the waist with a tape measure once a week you will see a reduction regardless.
  5. Yup had indigestion and burning lots of gas. It looks like it will be indefinitely

  7. Blood pressure during movement
  8. I started my annual physical today and the subject came up of the pain. They ruled out my prostate which was mad uncomfortable if anybody had that done before knows what I mean. I don't have to test my blood sugar anymore. However I have a problem with my blood pressure during body movement. The medical doctor wants to consult with my sleeve surgeon. They suspect that they might have to add another meal daily. So that would mean 4 meals a day up from 3. I hope I don't need surgery again with this peeing problem.
  9. Guess what I have to see a urologist cause of pain when I pee. They suspect there might be scar tissue from the sleeve surgery blocking.
  10. I'm still trying to reach goal weight of 165. I'm 183 now. I get bloodwork done tomorrow. Check my levels. But overall can't complain.
  11. Just curious how we are holding up.
  12. Can you email pics of the incisions to your doctor. That's what I did its just as good as if you were standing there in front of them.

  15. You do make a good point. And your correct. I'm just fed up. I'm just going to have to do more research and seperate fears, facts and fallacies.
  16. Basically its 3 oz meat protein then 2 oz low carb veg. 1/2 oz gravy fat free. 1 oz fat free shredded cheese. Am I missing something cause its not cal that can be concerning.
  17. I've been thinking what's the big deal if my food weighs 6.5 oz instead of the recommended 5 oz. I figure as long as I take 45 min to eat. What's the big deal.
