Celebrate has a capsule that I switched to after chewables. I would hope it is comprable.

FYI, FlintonesComplete chewable is awessome..small, easy to chew and give me what I need..plu don't forget the biotin...I went from a tight size 20 to size 12/10...I luv my sleeeve!

I take four gummys per day. Target brand, I wonder if we can switch to the normal, One A Day or something at three years out - any idea? I guess I should ask.

The surgeon told me any multi vitamin will do so I take an Aldi brand (about $5 for a pack of 100) 5 days a week with my breakfast, I also have a fish oil at the same time.

I'm doing great with the flintstones chewable complete and biotin!

I take the adult gummies from Target. I started taking Biotin a couple of months prior to surgery and I still take it.

I'm taking a centrum chewable multivitamin / multimineral I started all supplements the day I got home. No problems try www.drugstore.com.

I also like the centrum chewables! Make sure your vitamin includes the multiminerals too.

My nutritionist suggested opurity. It's a chewable and made for the sleeve and bypass recipients.

I am hoping this link works, it is acting funny for me today. Here is the recommendations of the ASBMS - I base my Vitamins from what my Dr says which follows directly with the ASBMS. The chart is on page 7 of the PDF
