  1. So which website do you advise?
  2. I'm just looking for information on how much people are eating, almost 1yr after the operation & I still vomit at least once a day.
  3. I should be safe then, even though I snack I still make sure I eat healthy main meals for example my lunch today is 1/2 a ham cheese sandwich on multi grain bread & my snack is 2 cruskits that contain very little carbs with peanut butter on them. I rarely eat lollies but don't mind a handful of crackers & dip occasionally.
  4. Have you had any weight gain after 2.5 years?
  5. The surgeon told me any multi vitamin will do so I take an Aldi brand (about $5 for a pack of 100) 5 days a week with my breakfast, I also have a fish oil at the same time.
  6. Hi I'm having some issues with energy & I'm thinking its diet related. I was sleeved almost 1 year ago & would live to know a few people's diet plans just to give me some ideas.
  7. I've had totally the opposite, I've lost 49kg & am so fit I'm about to enter my 1st half marathon. The bi-product for me has been that I can go harder for wayyyyyy longer than I ever did. Im not boasting or trying to be controversial or silly I'm just saying......
  8. Ha ha ha it's all good. To be fair it's each to there own experience really. Maybe I'm just lucky because I might have a higher pain threshold, no complications etc etc?
  9. I guess I should put lol? You'll do well......
  10. So I've now been on Nexium 40mg for about 3 weeks, and as expected no change at all I'm still starving with heaps of tummy rumblings I've even gotten to the stage where everytime my tummy rumbles I've had an antacid......no change at all I'm still starving!!
  11. I think my will helped me speed things up for me, I was so sick of being fat I just kept pushing. One year on I've now dropped 49kg & am now working on slowing the weight loss down!
  12. You'll experience all sorts of weird pains for awhile I tend to wonder if its everything readjusting. if your really concerned though have a chat to your surgeon.
