  1. Ummmmm ok? How about you keep your input to yourself!
  2. Here's something I thought I'd never hear myself say, I'm now trying to maintain my weight and stop losing it. I was sleeved 10th May 2012 and I've now lost 42kg. I'm now easily within my healthy BMI however I can't stop losing weight! I'm now eating whatever I want 6 times a day just to manage it. I'm starting to look unwell.
  3. I was sleeved 6 months ago & have lost a little bit over 40kg. Just lately I seem to go through eating phases, for example last week my diet consisted of liquid all day having only a small lunch for whatever reason I couldn't stomach food (pun not intended), now today I've eaten all day or grazed a lot I should say. Does anyone else experience these phases or weird eating patterns?
  4. My surgeon told me that just as long as I blended the food I could have whatever I wanted, my favorite purée though was mash potato, tuna & egg blended. It gave me a great energy boost and tasted terrific!
  5. Before - picture on the left weighed 110kg and was miserable. After - 5 months later & I'm now down to 73kg......LOVING LIFE!!!!
  6. After - picture on the left was taken 3months after the sleeve I'd lost about 25kg. Before - picture on the right was a few months before the sleeve & I'd hit my heaviest at 110kg and hated life!
  7. That's so weird because when I had my blow out I lost 1 kg as well, maybe a blow out occasionally is healthy?.......dunno.
  8. Thank god it's not just me. I've been eating and drinking so bad the past few weeks, back on the good eating as of yesterday though....carbs are a gift from the devil I think. Lol...
  9. A couple of nights ago I started eating and couldn't stop myself. Over a period of say 2hrs I'd eaten heaps of junk! I was so concerned I'd stretched my sleeve however yesterday I was back eating like a bird again.....weird, has anyone else had the same experience?
  10. It only happens if you eat to fast or to much, I'm a pig so it happens to me frequently....
  11. Personally I'd stop asking people on a public forum for medical advise that are clearly not Dr's & go & see a real Dr.....your problem doesn't sound to good....
  12. OMG I'm so bored today! I live in Brisbane & I'd love to meet up with someone today, anyone interested in meeting up for a coffee?
  13. I take a Multi Vitamin & Fish Oil tablet everyday.
