    you are doing great, you let me know that my goal can be accomplish as long as i stay dedicated to the process. Its okay if you cant get in the gym, daylight saving time is in affect so just talk a walk when you get home. know keep up the good work

    I didn't tell many people at all because I didnt want to deal with the negativity, so I just had my circle of friends and family would give me the support that I needed. well I am her to support you but I must say you are about to embark on a wonderful life style journey...good luck and i wish you nothing but the best..

    3rd day out and it must get better. i hate this filling after drinking something it feel like my stomach starts to ball up. i long is it before you really start to feel better.

    Yes, I only have 2 more days before my surgery. I am so proud of myself with this liquid diet. It has not always been easy but I am so determine to stick to it because the day I started this diet it became my lifestyle change, my journey and transformation. Tuesday is my due date and I can't wait :tongue2:
