Im 5'6 and My weight is 174 and im size 14... My ideal weight is 167.. Only 7 lbs to reach my goal.. But still size 14??My smell has not changed, but I cant laugh as before, it seems i had not enough air... Its weird but my laugh has chsnged... Also I cant cough as before ..Hola... Yo tuve mi cirugia el 13 de octubre, perdi 40 lbs antes de la operacion y 115 despues..un total de 155 lbs... Mi bascula dice q solo faltan 10 lbs... =DDr Aceves... Amaizing attention, also the hospital has a great service... You got the nurse just behind the door... i really would recommend Dr AcevesI cant beleive..... Only 13 lbs more to reach my goal... When I see in the mirrow it seems I need to lose much more weight.. But my scale says only 13 pounds left... I belive her... =)I was 333 on May/2012.... Today 180 lbs... i lost 43 lbs before surhery and 108 after my sleeve on oct 13thI received a denial for them too... I was really depressed, gave up my diet... Then I made the better desicion... Having my surgery in. mexico with dr Aceves... I feel great without 150 lbs in 8 mo.I bought my last bra there... I really like its clothes.. I really love it... But it seems there's no more clothes for me... =pYou will be great, I needed to lose arround 170 llbs... And today I already lost 150... Just 20 more to go... I was sleeved on oct 13thI eat small portions of food , but, what is the issue with popcorn.. I can eat a whole bag!!!!I srarted on 333 lbs on May 2012... Then i started a diet by myself... Then I had my surgery with 293 lbs on oct 13th... Today im 185.. From size 28 to 14... Today i bought my firs size 14 capri and a Medium Polo...I was sleeved on oct 13, lost 105 since surgery and a total of 148... 20 lbs more to go...I had my sleeve on oct 13th with dr Aceves, everything fine, lost 105 since surgery and a total of 148.You look awesome!!! Congrats... What a inspiration!!!I have no time to go to gym, im consider to try zumba for nintendo Wii, any advice??Im taking 1 multivitamin, biotin, b12 and calcium.... May be you cant tolerate some of them... I tried several brands before find the good ones for me, , the better for my stomach is gel caps and Viactiv calcium ( is a chocolate... delicious)Mexicana como el mole...casi 6 meses post op... Un total de 133 lbs perdidas ( 90 post op) ... Muy satisfecha pero ansiosa de perder las 35 q me faltan.You husband needs a pair of glasses... The difference on your stomach is clear.
