Just a little update on my 10 month bandiversary!

It's hard for me to believe that I have lost 92lbs since beginning this journey in February 2012! I lost 30lbs before surgery just by starting to exercise and make better food choices and 62lbs since my lapband surgery August 1, 2012. I have to say this is the best thing I have ever done for myself and I have a completely different relationship with food. I went from a size 16-18 to a size 4-6. I am 6lbs away from my goal and although these last few pounds seem like they are taking forever, I am so happy with my results. It's not easy but it's so worth it!

@Jennifer...I eat about 1200 calories a day and log everything into myfitnesspal. I try to exercise at least 3 times a week, weights and cardio. Things have slowed down a bit but I'm going to start training for a summer 5k so maybe things will pick up and I'll reach goal soon.
