to outsiders reading our thread.....not scared because i strayed off course' date=' or ate wrong things.....but the scale is something that caused me alot of pain (as well as my own self). i have and i am doing well and i have amazed myself at the progress so far...i am making this band/plication work...

The scale terrifies me...seems like my entire self worth was dependent on it...as the numbers went up, my self esteem fell.
