Wow - Never in my wildest dreams could I have walked that long, but I am pretty glad I did it. It was the Relay for life Cancer walk here in my hometown. I took 2 - 15 min breaks and wow when I was done it just blew me away that I could do it since b4 the surgery my knees were so bad I could only walk half a block and of couse be huffing and puffing from the Asthma attack I was bound to have. I carried my inhalers with me just in case but only had to use them once. I Thank My band for a whole new lease on life. Ladies and Men remember check those breast!!

Wow, just got off the phone with my surgeon's office....the attitude, my God! Now I would not be venting like this, but this is the second snotty attitude experience I have had. Well, weve just returned from visiting Mike's family in NC. On Monday, we loaded the zoo up and went to the mountains to visit his only remaining grandmother. Mike's parents, his brother & SIL and all their kids were with us as well. Had a great day. And, as usual, when we go in the summer time, Mike & his brother bring the kids swimming in a creek near his grandmothers house. Ive never been. Never had the desire to go; too much walking I guess? Yesterday a young guy was killed on his motorcycle very close to my home, at an intersection I rode my own motorcycle by the previous day. I wanted to read the news story but it's not in the paper. I know it has not been very long since I posted but it seams forever. Friday I was at my job of 5 years and it was my last day, got a call while on-line (at work) for a new position. Yea! Okay, time for some fun. This weekend my DH finally convinced me to play WoW. (World of Warcraft) OMG! I knew it was a mistake! It's digital crack for me! Okay, so now I play WoW, the Sims2 (love my digital doll house) and a couple of stratagy games. Those are my current games. Anyone else? This is Vera's idea and I would like to just expand on it and I hope Vera dosen't mind. In 1988 my wife's brother died at the age of 26 and several of our dearest friends purchased a Rose of Sharon bush and had it delivered and planted in our yard in his name. To this day that bush stands as the finest looking vegatation in my yard and is very hugh and when it blooms there is nothing more beautiful. Hiya, I just wanted to post a chart of my weightloss progress. I've been banded for about 6 months now and I notice a pattern developing in my weightloss. It's a loss of a couple of pounds in a few days time followed by a plateau. Sometimes they last 2 + weeks. I guess what I am trying to say is that when you are on a plateau , eventually you will break it and continue loosing!!

Has anyone out there seen this movie, Donnie Darko? I just saw it the other night for the first time and man I can not get my head wrapped around it. I think it's a great flick but it does make you think. I won't get into the details of it so as not to spoil it for anyone who hasn't seen it. I did it, and it's F A B U L O U S! So far all I've done is my lower eyeliner. It's the finest line, as if I just used a couple bristles from an eyeliner brush. And it's already faded somewhat, so it's barely noticable, but when I wake up, my eyes are already defined. I paid $140, which includes 4 free touch-ups. It's expected to fade, but most people don't want to look shocking, so they start with a fine line. I'm getting my upper lids done in a week, and I'm having her go much heavier (since the lower ones faded in less than 2 weeks.) Four weeks after the procedure you can go for your first touch up. When I went to pick up my son 7 yr old from his Grandmas yesterday She had a surprise for me. She says what happend to Chalio's eyebrows I told her nothing why? She says look at them, so I did. Both his eyebrows had been shaved. Now I kept my calm cause I thought it was my SIL since she is always trying new things on my kids. What is the deal???? Trying to find shorts that do not show the fat thighs are VERY hard to find. I have a pair of old b/j shorts that come about an inch above the knee - and they hide everything that needs to be hiden - all the dimples and bumps from cellulite! Since I am so tired of trying on shorts, I got my tape measure out, measured the seam on the outside and started shopping & measuring the outer seam as soon as I found something long enough that caught my eye. Hello all...Sorry that I have been away for almost a month! (ugh!) I did take a business trip to Vegas and got to meet the FAMOUS DELARLA in the flesh! She's even prettier in person and a truly nice person. I've also been on vacation to Florida and did the beach thing. And we all know that tan fat looks better than white fat. Although I've been pretty busy I think the main reason for my absense has been my lack of progress. I just had my 2nd fill and I've only lost 4 lbs. since my first two fills. Okay, I don't own a scale, except one of the little ones to weigh food. Truth be told, I hate them and believe they are all liers. So the other day, while I was trying to find a Crystal-proof pedometer (still looking) I bought a new gadget. It's a body fat analyzer, and calculates body fat % in a few seconds. It is made by Bell, the same maker of helmets of all things. And it has memory for 6 people. I spent $15 on it. I finally made a run for the border this last week, and while at 199 I'm not safely in the depths of Onederland (the Twonesia patrol is in clear view), I just wanted to say that it feels effing wonderful! I'm still big. I'd like to lose another 30-40 pounds; the next 20 will make a huge difference in the way I look, and we'll see where I end up. I finally feel that, yes, I can do it! Yipppeeeeee!!!!!!!! We spent the day going back and forth with our realtor, their realtor, and the buyers. After many, many conversations, we decided to accept their offer of $625K with a $5K credit. They were a sure thing since they were already pre-approved. Since the living expenses for me to stay in San Diego are over $3000 a month, we decided to go for it even though it was a little lower than we originally wanted. We will close escrow June 13th. We will probably actually move on June 11th and I will be in Oregon with my hubby by the 13th. I am so excited!! Now I have to find a mover. Okay, I have posted on here before about my boyfriend, and his obnoxious ways. Well were at it again. This time it is so big that I am not sure that we can recover. Due to the lack of ticket sales we regretfully must cancel "Bandstock 2005" I personally would like to thank Gregg and Nancy, they worked hard to make "Bandstock" happen. I am unsure of why we did not recieve more orders. I was so looking forward to meeting everyone, perhaps I will be able to meet some the great LBT'ers at a future event.
