Food Before and After Photos

Like weight loss before and after photos but of your new diet !

I'm especially interested in before and after meal photos (take a pic at the point you feel restriction) but it can be of recipe substitutions, your refrigerator/pantry/shopping cart/etc

Yum! My vegetarian son would go crazy for this!!

spoiler alert: didnt want to eat the burger patty from last night...just not appetizing the next day!

instead...i was gonna eat a nice portion of chicharron with a vinegar/fish sauce/hot sauce dip i made, but as i was eating one peice (the one with the most meat on it), the fam swooped in and picked off the rest! ?

sooo...i made a peppercorn pate and toast (using the bottom half a burger bun) with some black and cayenne pepper seasoning. i sort of wolfed it down too quickly and now feel quite uncomfortable.

285 cals for the one measly piece of chicharron and the pate toast.

the fam ordered chinese food take out tonight.

fully intended to eat all of my Cantonese Chow Mein serving, but at about 3/4 of the way, i remembered that i wanted some of the dessert. Glad i stopped cuz after eating all my Tofu Pudding, i was on the verge of being too full. Almost.

I added some maple syrup to the pudding cuz we didn't have any simple syrup on hand.

448 cals for all of it.

P.S. the kid just handed me a fun-size Snickers and me and the Snickers are now sitting side by side on the couch watching tv while i digest dinner and decide if im going to eat him or not. stay tuned ?

I just did the exact same thing. I don’t think they’d be for me. Not an offal eater. No tongue, brains, liver, kidneys, sweet breads. Nope can’t do it. Sorry @Tomo

Chewy, crispy and now thinking about it, yeah, like calamari in texture. They don't really have a taste, like many things it depends on what you cook it with.

Hehehe. I understand. Here is the weird thing, I can't eat liver, kidneys, brain l, any other organ but I can the chitterlings because they aren't dry and weird tasting but I totally understand. I had a feeling i would get interesting reactions to my post. [emoji39]
