Like weight loss before and after photos but of your new diet !

I'm especially interested in before and after meal photos (take a pic at the point you feel restriction) but it can be of recipe substitutions, your refrigerator/pantry/shopping cart/etc

Oh GT - I'd be lost without the boys, especially with everything soooo up side down! I think there is tremendous comfort in the regularity and normalcy of purchasing, preparing and presenting food for ourselves and our families. I delight in your posts with trips to that open field fresh air market! How freeing. Also, how could you have ever predicted what a timely thread this would become when you first created it? It’s stuffed with ground beef, carrots, peas, eggs, and olives. And the yellow and red sauce is a spicy cream I made from two kinds of Peruvian peppers

Thai take out tonight, I’m so geeked!

Didn’t cook tonight as the fam ordered pizza. Then I remembered I don’t eat pizza, hahhaha

So fixed this sad looking bowl of food to eat: 40g chicken breast, 30g feta, 8 almonds & some roasted garlic bits. And spicy vinegar on the side (I’m out of salad greens ?)

Does look kinda sad, but was actually quite tasty, lol.

Which kind of meat replacement is this? It looks just like chicken ?

This is the Like Meat brand. However, I prefer the Ruegenwalder Muehle one. Better taste and consistency IMO.
