Last nights dinner: Pan seared pork loin with sautéed onions and green peppers, a salad and homemade dressing. Ate it all but this was my lunch and dinner. Took me all day to finish.

From what I see on the packages it looks more saucy than the Handi Rice. Handi Rice is more... "dry". More like fried rice but not as oily. The Water is fully absorbed.
