SNT, that actually happened to me on Monday. I thought our early voting started then, but needless to say, I was wrong.

Ha! Now won't that be a pretty picture! My voting location is also police, fire, and license plates. I swear it took us forever to get out of the parking lot b/c all the grannies trying to back up into each other. OMG!

PJTP because I'm afraid to lay down. I had a VERY stressful drive home today. 4 hours to get home when it normally takes 45 minutes because it rained and as per usual, when it rains in Houston, it floods. I was stuck at a freakin library parking lot for 2 1/2 hours because the roads turned into rivers.

Anyway, that stressed me out plus I got .5 cc additional fill yesterday so tonight I'm so tight I can hardly eat and I'm hungry. The couple of bites of food I managed is just sitting there. I don't want to go lay down while I feel the food there because I don't want to risk PBing. I've not PB'd yet and after a day like today, I don't want to add to the hellishness of it all.

It is now 2 am - still awake, and even more cranky.

For a lark, I went and read many OLD threads (that is before my time joining LBT)...there are some um, interesting discussions around. And as someone who has been perplexed by some of the obvious animosity between a few LBT'ers, I now have more insight.

I'm going to go and round up some laundry and get a start on that chore - may as well do the bed linens as I am obviously NOT going to sleep tonight.

Posting just to say GOOD LUCK to SNT on her banding day - the first day of the rest of your healthier life!:cool2:

I'm also tired of election nonsense - I just want to VOTE already and miss the last few days of this hellishly negative and snipey (sp?) campaign. I'm so tired of the blame / guilt by association / negative / snarky / outright deceptive / prejudiced / shall I go on tone of the campaign! :D

Gonna call my surgeon's office today and gently bug them - it's been a week since my info session and I haven't been called about the one-on-one with the surgeon and anesthesist and pre-op stuff. Plus, I hope to get my band date shortly.

Hurry up people!:thumbup::cursing::mellow:

      I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

      Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

      Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
