Guys, what do you consider your ideal pants size ?

I would probably shed a tear if I could fit into a pair of 34"s. Realistically, I'd be happy with anything in the 30's.

Give it time - it will happen - Started at a 46 and now I am down to a 33 or 34 depending on the cut!

Started at 42, now 34 is loose, ideally I will like it to be 30-31, but I don't think I can be there without plastics.

I'm a 40-44 depends on the cut but my ideal waist would be 30

I have been a 44-46 for so long that I can't imagine being in the 30s.

Based on 2:1 height to waist ratio I should be a 38 waist. If my shoulders are broader than my waist I'm happy

My 30" waist shorts are getting baggy now, glad they were cargo shorts that came with matching belts... lol. Cooler morning today, and I am wearing some super baggy 32" jeans. Hard to believe I was wearing 44's just a little over 6 months ago!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
