I am five years post op too. I took vitamins only for first year. I have checked my levels every 6 months or so and they are normal. I do take vitamins but not regularly.
Haven’t had gallstones but I guess it because I did not loose that much.

It’s been a little more than 5 years that I had sleeve. I started at 225 lbs and went to a minimum of 145lbs. Then had some weight gain and peaked around 163lbs at 2 years mark. Since then I have been vigilant and last three years been 155Lbs with a couple of pounds variation.

Congrats. Down from 225 to 145 but I gained 17 lbs two years out and freaking out. But now I’m back on a new track and will need to lose that extra weight. You look fabulous

Quick update. 202 pounds gone in a year!

I don't actually have any pictures of me from my top weight (273), but surprisingly, I have videos, so I took stills for comparison. One year later and down 100 lbs! I'm singing in those pics, btw!

I feel so much better!

Hi there......I'm a quiet lurker here but wanted to share, I keep saying to people I don't see the difference until my sister sent me a pic of me at her wedding when I was at my highest weight......I still have a long way to go but my surgery was in May and I am feeling great and can happily say I definitely see the difference now

5 months post op... down 63 lbs since surgery and 94 since january... I feel great!
