  11. IMHO- that is quite a lot of calories for only a few weeks post OP. Maybe cut out the "salad" part and just have tuna or eggs by themselves. I don't really count calories- just protein and carbs, but my usual calorie intake at 3 months post OP is between 600-800 per day. You are doing awesome on the protein intake! I average between 70-90 per day of protein. Good luck!
  12. Unfortunately yes, but for me it's only after I'm done eating. So I try to go for a walk after lunch as to not surprise anyone with my noisy sleeve. Usually stops after 10-15 minutes. I'm almost 3 months post op.

  14. Congratulations! Keep up the hard work.
  15. Review your food and exercise journal. The reason should be there somewhere. Best wishes!
  16. Try changing your diet habits or exercise routine. Maybe your body is now so used to what you've been eating or doing, and it needs a change. It might just be the kickstart you need! Good luck! And congrats on the 50 lbs down! That's awesome!
  17. Bariatric Advantage makes a great 2 times a day chewable. I started taking it with purees a few days ago. Im 10 days post VSG.
  18. Did you start a multi vitamin? It could be a side affect of that.
