I'm in the early stages here, so this is not based on personal experience, just from what I've read: but some people have said they have trouble swallowing pills or that the pills bother their stomachs, so I'm planning to get the patches for vitamins for the first two months or so. Just seems easier.

Thanks......think im donin a chewable.....reckon they make choc pb flavor??

I have the celebrate chewable with iron. It burns my throat now, not sure what's up with that, didn't below but they're good. Just remember to have a 2 hour gap between your multi with iron and your calcium supplements as iron blocks the absorption of the calcium.

I prefer the pill and will be going back to it.

Bariatric Advantage makes a great 2 times a day chewable. I started taking it with purees a few days ago. Im 10 days post VSG.
