  1. I did isopure drinks. Orange lots better than alpine punch. They both will have a delayed after taste....sorta chemicalin nature. Matrix powder was best to me of powders. Premiere protein best rtd i think. You got this . .

  5. Walking any distance causes rubbery legs and slightly nauseous. Doing last day of full liquids today......80 g protein, 7 g carbs, plenty fluids. Any ideas?

  7. So, i guess a food journal, scales, bs , and how ifeel over a longer time will sorta dictate my path. Avoiding processed carbs #1 regardless.
  8. Nutri relgiously preaches low carb, high protein. Surgeon equally staunch in a low carb high fat plan (dietdoctor.com). Is the low carb the main thing, and figuring out the fat to protein mix is left to me? (No one size fits all kinda thing)
  9. I had too many carbs the 1st 4 days of the post op full liquid diet. So do i need to extend this phase 4 days with 0 carbs, or judt stay on the right track for 3 more days and start the soft food stage on time????thanks for any advice
  10. Ditching premiere protein for bar advantage.7 g carbs, 27 g protein. Ditch the yogurt i guess. Live on splenda tea and god awful bar advantage for next 3 days.

  12. Off meds, following full liqu diet dietician gave me. How do igetthe protein without carbs?
  13. Thanks for help......48 g of total carbs in two yogurts and two "half" shakes. 10 days out of sleeve. BS been upper 90s -112 ish till today.no change in carbs, calories.........
  14. Levels jump from 110ish to 160ish. Eating triple zero oikios yogurt, priemier protein shakes, and tea/ water. Whats up?

  19. Dietician big proponent of low carb/ high protein. Dr big proponent of low card/high fat(almost keto in nature). Im thinking excess protein goes to sugar...so im leaning more to Dr side.what say ye?
  20. Do the clear protein drinks count towards the daily water requirements?

  22. Is the stomach too sensitive for added flavors to the broth??? I was thimking hot and sour soup broth, or maybe clear japanese onion broth.
  23. Ive read canned broth is to consumed, but made a lot of broth and froze it. Excited, sorta scared. Dr Miles in Bham is the surgeon.
