How many days post-op are you? If you aren't meeting your protein and fluid goals you will feel weak. I think once I was able to consume at least 40g of protein my energy started to return. For me this was about 4 days post-op. I was walking 2 miles at 5 days.

My bs went up the first night after surgery and has been normal without meds since then. Keep an eye on your bs if you are diabetic because it can dip low. Also if you are not used to normal bs 65-80 you may feel like you are having a low even when it is normal.

sleeved 6/1...definitely not getting in 60g of protein yet. and yes, very weak. but i have been trying to stay hydrated, keep moving around. i've been told that our energy WILL return. just takes time.
