Sorry guy's it's been a while since my surgery on the 4th of august but all is well,I feel great right now I lost 36lbs and im at a stall but I know it will pick up again.I'm Hoping that you all are having a great and healthy start on your new life.

How's your liquid diet going? Man i made a mistake and started watching Man Finds food on on the Travel channel last night and i almost fainted with all the great food he was sampling...I almost threw my flat screen outside LOLOLOLOLO!!!!!!

Trev I gotta ask. Why did you make your goal weight 200 instead of 199? There has to be a reason not to go for one more pound. Good luck on the 4th. I'll be 9 days behind you. Dave_2.0 I really don't know but my goal weight is 198-199

Well i just got word that my time has come to get skinny...August 4th on a tuesday. I'm very excited not nervous at all just ready for the change and complete health.
