  2. I think this is one of my greatest weaknesses failing to plan. This article is a great wake up call.
  3. I sometimes feel like a failure cause after 6 years I still havnt got to goal weight. But I hope to do it within the next four years. I guess slow is good and why be in a hurry.

  5. The biggest loser contestants are robots been ordered to lose big weight or else they get spanked silly. The amount of exercise they get them to do is enough to wear out all their joints. Wls peeps lose at their own pace and they are not beaten with a stick for not exercising 8 hours a day and not losing a ridiculous and fast amount of weight.
  6. The biggest loser is all about the TV audience it promotes unhealthy and unrealistic weight loss and least to say a quick fix. Bariatric surgery is the complete opposite.
  7. I don't know why but after reading this I feel like eating a big chocolate cake.
  8. I been getting into green juicing recently and I realised you can really make it taste great with very low calories and incredible amount of nutrients.
