Hola Everyone -- I JUST joined this forum today. I started this journey back in November and now tomorrow is my last doctor appointment and I will find out the date for my surgery, very excited. I just discovered this forum last week and am so happy with so many informative posts! Thank you for that, it really helps. Looking forward to more updates from you all and from me as well.... Welcome!!!!! We are so happy to have u here. Everyone is like family. There is so much support on this forum. We are actually in the same boat, I was just approved yesterday and I meet with my surgeon tomorrow morning. I am so excited for you, congrats on your new journey.

Welcome!!!!!!!!!!! This is a forum of much information and experiences. Also differences of opinions . Take what you need, ask questions and try to see that no one means harm when they respond to your comments. We have a mix of new ones. Those that have just had surgery and those that are on their journey to goal. Too you have vets here as well that can offer help as you go along.

No ones experiences are identical which you will find out.....

I find this site very helpful to me as a VSG patient. I am not one to check sites frequently (not on FB; I am on twitter, but rarely). But I check this site a few times a day.

Good wishes to you and it's likely that whatever your fear, question, anxiety, someone here can/will lend support/advice from their/our experience...to go with what your doc and team advise.
