  1. i had it last night. i drank an apple juice and after that i was shskibg...cold fever....nauseous....i was,abt to go to ER it was that bad.I will not be drinking anything sweet again....horrible feeling!
  2. au2nvyToday, 5:22 PM period twice in one month i am abt seven weeks post op. june eight and june 29 period. my left side ley me know spmeyhing was up.it hurt like hell...my side i mean. normally legs hurt a little...but this is new.always had regular period.nausea and discomfort intense as well.been in bed..i feel not so good..is this normal?they remind me of teenage years when i first got one..dr appt tomorrow but would like to hear from u guys...

  11. mine took about 3 weeks to completly heal. my lifting was no more than 5lbs over 3 weeks.

  16. i am almost three weeks post op and struggling as well. i know many ppl close to me who have done this trust me i watched them and wat we are experiencing is no different. there are psychological phases. just kno it will get better.

  18. do you guys think some people want you to stay fat? i mean some people are treating me as if i am not supposed to be happy. i say nothing now about certain victories. .i cheer to myself.
  19. i am going thru the fact that my bf seems to encourage me but then at the same time its like he is afraid i am getting the big head. no i am just EXCITED! i am two weeks in and lost 20 lbs. ive been walking two blocks a day. i havent walked in 10 years! like comeon.....i try to include him he tries to overexert me....my friends are not really supporting me...but my parents are....ive learned to just keep it to myself! anybody have advice on dealing with close relatives or spouses?
  20. u jus have to deal....its a choice we all made. weigh the pros and cons. one thing u can be thankful for is u did something....it will get better and ur sleeve will be less restricted over time....its ok....u say u dnt want to overeat...that was the reason of doing this? i know ppl who eat six small meals....very saatifying after a year. ...just be patient
