What ya eating tonight?

I had a small sweet potato, with a tablespoon of i cant believe its butter,

And i boiled a boneless skinless chicken breast. With salt and pepper, curry, garlic powder and some soul food seasoning. After it cooked i put a tablespoon of BBQ sauce to the side so the bites of chicken wouldnt be to dry,

All was good, filled up quick even tho i was slow eating

By 1/10000 I mean 1.5 ounces of corned beef, 2 oz of cabbage, and about 3 bites of carrot, I took a small bite of my sons potato just to taste it.

I found the recipe in the website but tweaked it:

2 cups 1percent milk

2 eggs

1/4 cup trivia blend

2 t vanilla

Heat milk in micro 3 minutes. Meanwhile whisk eggs. Add trivia to eggs. While whisking eggs, add some hot milk then whisk into milk. Add vanilla. Put 7 or 8 small ramekins in a 9 x13 pan. Fill ramekins with custard. Pour a quart of hot water in pan. Bake 325 Check at 30 minutes to see if done. Chill and eat.

You can use Splenda or nuctrisse. I like stevia. I always use the blends when cooking as they mix in better.

I made Avgolemono, it's a Greek lemon-chicken soup (thanks to ShastaDaisy for the recipe).

My husband loved it, I thought it was just okay. I had it last week in a Greek restaurant and it was creamy and delicious. Mine wasn't as creamy as theirs and it tasted salty to me. We have lots of leftovers so we'll still be eating it.

It was really simple to make though, so if anyone is interested, here's the recipe I used: http://www.seriouseats.com/recipes/2008/02/dinner-tonight-avgolemono-greek-lemon-and-rice-soup-recipe.html

Small piece of baked chicken breast with marinara on it.

I had crab legs :)

I looked it up first and saw the protein content and it was so good on protein. I had such a small amount it barely adds up to anything though.

3 weeks post op last Friday and tonight I had Emily bites buffalo chicken! NUMMY!!! Of course, no shell but the chicken was awesome and I can eat spicy food ;) so happy.

Portobello mushroom pizza, with Classico pizza sauce, turkey pepperoni and low fat Mozzarella. Soo good!!

3 Italian-style meatballs with reduced sugar ketchup as dip :)

I wasn't gonna post cuz I was embarrassed but I ate a 3/4 McD's mcdouble without the bread.

Jeez- don't be embarrassed! This site is not for judgement. I think u did good eating just the meat and not the bread! You made a better choice than you would have in the past. Just can't make it a habit.

At least you got protein in, lol. Hey, I've been tempted believe me. I was in Burger King today with my family, good thing I took my Fruit20 to keep me busy, lol. I'm just afraid I'll get sick. Once in a while isn't a big deal.

I do that all the time!!! I'll be like oh this has a ton of protein...then I eat an ounce so I only get like 7 or 8 grams.....
