What ya eating tonight?

I had a small sweet potato, with a tablespoon of i cant believe its butter,

And i boiled a boneless skinless chicken breast. With salt and pepper, curry, garlic powder and some soul food seasoning. After it cooked i put a tablespoon of BBQ sauce to the side so the bites of chicken wouldnt be to dry,

All was good, filled up quick even tho i was slow eating

Can you eat both of those? I can only eat the small can of tuna that comes with crackers.

DOS 12/17/12 :)

No, I didn't manage both. However, that's only 1/4 cup of tuna, 1 Tb light mayo, 1 tsp Greek yogurt and onions on top of two small tomato slices, topped with a total of 1 Tb of reduced fat cheese. The lettuce leaves were about 4-5 inches in diameter. All total it was about 1/2 cup of food. I ate 1 and 1/2. It's 166 calories, totally yummy and satisfying.

I had Cheeseburger "cupcakes". They're so tasty' date=' probably my new favorite meal. I use ground turkey though.

I made the buffalo chicken cupcakes. Totally hot the spot and was a huge win with my coworkers. What I did was used regular laughing cow and added a little low fat ranch dressing. So yummy. Can't wait to make them again this weekend

I love the "Cupcake" recipes. They're the perfect portion and so delish.

A few slices of turkey pastrami, greek yogurt and for dinner maybe a turkey hotdog and chili.

Snowing in NC! Wow! Veggie soup sounds good. I dumped off the deli meat earlier so now I'm afraid to eat anything else. Just dumped about 15 mins ago off of applesauce. Not having a good day.

Hubs went to Mazzio's i dont normally eat from there. Got a side salad that only had lettuce and a few strands of red cabbage. Made my own vinegertte with wishbone, also ordered a small pizza thin crust with canadian bacon and fresh mushroom and onion. Then picked off the mushrooms to eat and picked off the bacon and onion didnt want it. Only had a slice and 1/2 of another slice ate 2 bites of salad was done. Owww to full,

I had shredded pork but the few bites I had I must have not chewed up good enough... Hurts!!!
