What ya eating tonight?

I had a small sweet potato, with a tablespoon of i cant believe its butter,

And i boiled a boneless skinless chicken breast. With salt and pepper, curry, garlic powder and some soul food seasoning. After it cooked i put a tablespoon of BBQ sauce to the side so the bites of chicken wouldnt be to dry,

All was good, filled up quick even tho i was slow eating

I had meatloaf w/ low fat gravy & a few bites of garlic mashed potatoes. Comfort food + protein = win

You should write a blog with all your recipes so we can copy them! :)

Lol my husband keeps telling me to write it down and make a cookbook.

Chicken caramelized then stewed with onions' date=' garlic, sweet peppers, crimini mushrooms and tomatoes spiced with cumin and chili powder. Plus roasted spicy sweet carrots.[/quote']

I'm eating aat your house

It was really good, especially given that I had planned to make something else and didn't have what I needed. My husband and daughter wrapped theirs in tortillas. Mine was like a stew. So good.

Lisa I think you should start cooking for all of us. Omg that sounds like heaven.

I second that!! lol

I had a homemade meatball with a few strands of pasta and a few leafs of salad. :)

Reverting back to all protein shakes. Almost every food I eat causes nausea :-( I can eat but the feeling afterwards is so uncomfortable that it's not worth it to me

I made the cheeseburger cupcakes last night they were AMAZING! I'm going to try the taco & breakfast ones soon. :)

Where is the recipe for this? It sounds good and I've been searching, but can't find it.

Google "Emily Bites" then check out her "main course muffins" section. All of her recipes are weight watcher friendly, but I like the "cupcakes" because they're good portion size for us.

My personal fave are the cheeseburger, but my hubby loved the taco ones.

I just ate an Atkins protein bar for dinner (I'm at school and will eat a more proper dinner later) but I think it's weird how some they classify as a meal and some are just snack. I had the chocolate peanut butter one. It's really good. It has 17g protein, 2 carbs, 14g fat & 250 calories. What do y'all think about that fat/calorie count? It's higher than what I usually eat but is it too high? If it's supposed to be a meal is it not too bad? So far no dumping symptoms, but I don't want to keep eating them if they're too high in fat/cals.
