I was sleeved on march 27th! I went back to wrk friday. Maybe I should try my binder tomorrow!

Abdominal binder?? What's that? Like a mid section workout brace or spanks? I have pain there as well & I return to work next week, but haven't heard of this.. I need to get one of these ASAP...

DivaT yes it wraps around and holds your tummy firmly. You can get it in the pharmacy section. This place is quiet now that we have the fb group lol
