  8. BTW, I noticed you just posted yesterday you were "looking forward to the next week passing, and the purees stage". Hmmm, so.... Are you doing the post op diet in reverse? Lol. Im confused, but best of luck!
  9. Im sorry, then what post were you referring to as "criticizing". I guess I missed it. Lol.
  10. Concern is not criticism. If she feels sick enough to want to go to the hospital, she might want to consult with a nutritionist. You said it, "we're not all the same" so she shouldn't expect to eat cheese and feel great. Just saying...

  12. I am SHOCKED you have tried eggs and chicken meatballs! I have never seen anyone progress to those foods in a week. In fact, my first week was clear fluids only, the 2nd week was full liquids eg Protein shakes and strained cream of chicken soup. The 3rd week was purees eg cottage cheese, yogurt, etc. I'll be 4 weeks out on Wednesday, so Im still on purees but progressing to soft foods. I think you need to consult with someone about your diet or you could be risking serious complications!! Please be careful.
  13. Im glad to see you back on vst! Yeah my energy level sucks too. My biggest concern is my calorie intake. On a good day I get 450, but usually its more like 350. Any ideas?
  14. Lol. I was thinking the same thing! I love our fb page!
  15. I didn't either, hence the question mark after "dumping syndrome."
  16. I thought the same thing! Lol. I thought they just pumped me full of gas and that's it. Especially the day after and i was allowed broth and Water. There was no pain in my new sleeve at all!! I was afraid to take that first sip thinking it was going to hurt, but nothing.
  17. 2 weeks and you already had meatballs? I am so jealous! Im still on liquids :-(

  19. I guess it's all relative. I've had 4 cesareans and the pain was much worse!! I slept in a recliner for weeks after them. After my sleeve i slept in my bed my first night home.
  20. How long ago was your surgery?
  21. Congrats yaya! you're on the losers bench!!
