  14. Im from the first week of march and im in 195 from 248lbs, and im wondering how many from that same week are below the 200lbs and can u give me any tips to up my weight loss
  15. After surgery i discovered that i could tolerate powder protein because when u blend it air gets incorporated into it so gas kills u and also cause its like gritty. I preferred ready to drink protein. I like the 12 oz can of pure protein that has 35 grams. So if u need 70 grams it would only take to cans and thats 24 oz out of the 64 recommended. Good luck and hope this helps.
  16. Im in stage 3 because I'm one month out but i don't like heavy breakfast. so, Today i wanted a smoothie so i decided to try something out. I drink the pure protein ready to drink so i took 2 oz of that put it in the blender with 2 oz of greek yogurt (chobani) and one medium strawberry. I bended it and then added 3 cubs of ice, a pack of Splenda, vanilla extract and a pinch of cinnamon and blended it again. It was so delicious and backed with protein. It took me an hour to finish it all but it was so good. If u wanna make it in smaller amount just reduce the amounts.
  17. Add me too Gelenysogando@hotmail.com thanx

  19. I love this gadget, n it really works. I love it because it makes food real small that way i can eat without fearing i am eating to fast. I made a chilli with it today. All the veggies that needed to be chopped were done in 2 min. Oh n it works wonders on fruit. Loooove it.
