Im in stage 3 because I'm one month out but i don't like heavy breakfast. so, Today i wanted a smoothie so i decided to try something out. I drink the pure protein ready to drink so i took 2 oz of that put it in the blender with 2 oz of greek yogurt (chobani) and one medium strawberry. I bended it and then added 3 cubs of ice, a pack of Splenda, vanilla extract and a pinch of cinnamon and blended it again. It was so delicious and backed with protein. It took me an hour to finish it all but it was so good. If u wanna make it in smaller amount just reduce the amounts.
