Awesome job!! I hit my first 25 this week too. I too have a long journey left still 115 pounds to go! But 115 sounds better than 140. Keep up the great work!

Thanks everyone, and congrats to you as well! Yes, I was sleeved on 6/11. I only lost 6 lbs on my pre-op diet. I'm so excited and thankful to have this tool to help me with my overeating problem. I'm still having a hard time knowing when to stop...seems I can only stop eating when it hurts. :( And sure, I'd love to "race" with ya kamrie.

I have lost my first 25 but no one can tell! I wonder why? I can tell in my clothes.

When I would yo-yo diet, it would take me about 40lbs before I could see a difference in the mirror because I was so heavy. There were times that 25lbs wouldn't even make a difference in my clothes because I wore them too tight. When I lost weight, the clothes would just fit more comfortably instead of going down a size. You'll get there!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
