Good Morning VST Peeps! Hope everyone is doing well! SW 260.0 Surgery 6/18/12 Challenge Starting Weight 188.7 Current Weight 179.0 Goal Weight 175.0 I think I'm going to change my goal weight to 165.0! I need to keep myself on my toes during the upcoming holiday temptations! I still think it is doable. I'm on vacation all week really looking forward to getting in some nice walk/jogs outside in the beautiful fall Texas weather! I'm also trying out a crossfit class both Monday and Wednesday. Wish me luck! Hope everyone has a safe and happy holiday!

I agree with desertmom. I can see all of the hair in the shower coming out in clumps, but it isn't really noticeable to anyone else. Does anyone know when the hair loss thing stops?

I was sleeved on the 18th of June too! I have lost 66 pounds so far. I haven't weighed since Monday so hopefully it's even more:)

I'm 5 ft 2, started at 260 now I'm at 194!! Surgery was on June 18, 2012.

My surgery was June 18th too. I'm down 55 pounds 5 more and I'll reach Onderland! Still have 85 to reach goal, but I'm very happy with my progress so far!!

I'm just finishing up the Labor Day Challenge and really liked the motivation and support si I'm definitely in for this challenge too. Whoo Hoo I had a great week went from 213.4 to 209.3. That 4 pound loss put me a pound below my goal weight of 210 with a week to spare! I'll push hard this last week might make 205:). Good luck everybody finish strong!!
